Schedule your consultation. To get the process started, we require a consultation and ask for 30 minutes of your time to pick your brain about the details of your celebration. Please complete the form below so that we have some details about your event prior to to the call.
The $50 consultation fee will be applied to the cost of your curated case. Once the deposit has been paid, the page will refresh and a link to schedule your consultation will appear below. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided (check your junk and add us to your address book 😉).

We currently ship within the United States only. Much love to the international members of our Tribe. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We hope this will change soon, so stick with us! 🥳
In this situation, it is most appropriate for the carrier to be contacted. However, if you provide us with your Order #, we will do our best to confirm your order status. As a side-note: it’s great to check with your neighbors as well!
Your order will ship from North Carolina (Raise up!). Any order within the continental US should deliver within 7-10 business days. Allow up to 14 business days for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. You will be emailed a tracking number to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Refunds
We hate that you’re unhappy with the order. Custom cases are created based on customer approved specifications, so we are unable to accept returns. If there’s an issue with the quality, please reach out to us to discuss your options.
All cases are customized per customer approved proofs and specifications. We will only allow exchanges for any items that are incorrect or damaged during shipping. Please send photos of the items in question to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The minimum lead time, from consultation to delivery, is 4 weeks. If you have an expedited request, a rush fee will be added to your order.
You will receive an initial proof no later than 48 hours after your consultation.
Product & Stock
At this time, we do not offer the option to purchase individual stock items.
Your case is made-to-order, so we ask that you allow 5-7 business days (business days do NOT include weekends or US holidays)for your order to process. Please allow up to 10 business days during peak seasons and exclusive sale events. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided a tracking number to follow its journey.
Sorry, no take-backs! 🙂 Just kidding! Please reply to your order confirmation within 2 business days (business days do not include weekends or US holidays) to cancel your order. Any requests after 2 business days will not be honored; your order will be fulfilled. Refer to our refund policy for more details.
Ugh, we hate it when this happens! Please send a photo of the incorrect/missing/damaged item to email@example.com, along with your order number. Allow up to 2 business days for us to investigate your inquiry and respond.
