Order Issues

Your case is made-to-order, so we ask that you allow 5-7 business days (business days do NOT include weekends or US holidays)for your order to process. Please allow up to 10 business days during peak seasons and exclusive sale events. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided a tracking number to follow its journey.

Any requests after 2 business days will not be honored; your order will be fulfilled. Refer to our refund policy for more details.
