Can we pick your brain?

Schedule your consultation. To get the process started, we require a consultation and ask for 30 minutes of your time to pick your brain about the details of your celebration. Please complete the form below so that we have some details about your event prior to to the call. 

The $50 consultation fee will be applied to the cost of your curated case. Once the deposit has been paid, the page will refresh and a link to schedule your consultation will appear below. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided (check your junk and add us to your address book 😉).

Returns & Refunds

We hate that you’re unhappy with the order. Custom cases are created based on customer approved specifications, so we are unable to accept returns. If there’s an issue with the quality, please reach out to us to discuss your options.

All cases are customized per customer approved proofs and specifications. We will only allow exchanges for any items that are incorrect or damaged during shipping. Please send photos of the items in question to info@thepartycase.com.
